Don’t crash out… create 🫶🏾🎨🖌️

Hi beautiful people! It’s officially 2025 and one thing I’m choosing for myself this year is to actually use healthy coping mechanisms. In 2024, I knew what they were but still avoided them and quite literally was crashing out. In 2025, they’re going to be my go to. Instead of sad music, we’re tapping into uplifting and inspiring music. Instead of aimless games on my phone (paired with the sad music), we’re choosing artist brain activities (shout out to the Artist’s Way!) like sketching or painting or even going for a drive. We have more control than we realize- it’s about time we act like it. For reference, here’s a peek inside my current sketchbook. Enjoy 💕 I hope this helps someone.🫶🏾 #copingtools #art #artistsoflemon8 #arttherapy

Instead of escaping into sad music and aimless phone games, consider adopting creative outlets such as sketching, painting, or driving to clear your mind. Engaging in artistic activities can significantly boost your mood and provide a constructive release for emotions. Inspired by the principles of the Artist’s Way, these practices not only foster creativity but also enhance your emotional resilience. Incorporating art therapy can lead to profound personal insights and healing.
