Good Morning
My brain is a pro at finding things to worry about. It knows the best way to make impossible solutions for non-existent problems. The last year I’ve been working on acknowledge the thoughts my brain works so hard on instead of trying to stop the. But instead of sitting down with them I wave and let them go on with their day. I’ve spent too much of my life not in this moment, brain moving a thousand miles a minute in tomorrow, next year, next decade. In my journey with my mental health through therapy and thoroughly thought out meds I’ve learned it’s not about getting rid of how my brain works but instead accepting it, the amazing and the awful, and learning how to work with it. #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #adhd #anxietyanddepression #bipolar
