My baby will not get vaccines I haven’t researched

If I haven’t researched it, she’s not getting it. I’m researching the side affects, effectiveness, and the death rate after taking said vaccine.

While I want to make sure my baby doesn’t get sick, I also want to make sure what I’m putting in her body is safe. I want to know her allergies and find out what allergens are in each vaccine, know how the vaccines work together.

As a mom, that IS my job. To learn what is and isn’t safe for her, and learn how she may be affected by certain things before I expose her totally to it.

I want to know how you go about vaccines and shots with your baby, what are your thoughts.

Remember to be respectful to eachother in the comments.

... Read moreChoosing to vaccinate your baby after thorough research is a thoughtful approach that many parents take seriously. Understanding vaccines involves looking into possible side effects, the ingredients used, and how vaccines may interact with each other and with your baby's unique health profile, including allergies. It's important to remember that vaccines are tested extensively for safety and effectiveness before being recommended, but every child is different. Many parents seek detailed information from trusted sources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and pediatricians to make informed decisions. They often consider factors such as the timing of vaccines, the risks and benefits of preventing diseases, and potential allergic reactions. Engaging in discussions with healthcare professionals can also clarify concerns about vaccine schedules and composition. It's good practice to monitor your baby after vaccinations and report any unusual reactions to your doctor. Communities and forums where other parents share their experiences can provide support and help with understanding different perspectives on vaccination. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure your baby’s health and well-being through informed and respectful choices.

I leave medical health and research to the experts. I’m not a doctor. I’m not a vaccine expert. But we’ve had those for generations. We’ve practically eradicated diseases. Why don’t you trust experts in science and medicine? Why would you think you can do a better job at research than a literal expert? This is always my question to moms who are on the edge on vaccines.

Don't have kids if you're not gonna take care of them. 216 kids died of the influenza this year cause their parents didn't get them vaccinated, and that's just one illness (of which we hadn't seen rates like that since the 2009 SWINE FLU EPIDEMIC)
