If you don’t know I am allergic to diary not lactose but allergic 😩 I didn’t always have the allergy it came when I became pregnant with my first born so about 9 years ago.

Finding Good Alternatives was so hard but now that so many products are making plant based and non diary products it’s becoming easy.
