Why I haven’t been posting workouts recently😏

So 2 weeks ago I got a puppy 😊 and not a 8 week old puppy but a maybe 4 week old puppy (we think 3.5 weeks is more accurate) he came from a very large litter and from inexperienced breeders who don’t actually know how to compensate for a litter that size. But me who has a lot of experience with animals and a lot of experience with abandoned kitten litters. Knew when my bf told me about the situation and they were asking if we could get him early knew his best chance was with me😊. I knew he required around the clock care. And at 5 weeks now pretty much potty trained and right on track with weight and routine. I kno he is right where he needs to be. He is a Merle Blue Pit Bull and his name is Benjamin or benji/benzo for short #puppytrainingjourney #puppylife

Puppies require significant attention, especially during their early weeks, as they adapt to their new home and learn essential routines. Understanding their developmental stages is crucial. At around 3-4 weeks, puppies start socializing and learning basic behaviors, making this a prime time for training. The Merle Blue Pit Bull, like Benjamin, is known for its intelligence and loyalty. However, potential owners should be informed about proper training methods tailored to their energetic needs. Incorporating positive reinforcement, ensuring regular exercise, and providing mental stimulation can greatly benefit your puppy's growth. Socializing your puppy with other dogs and different environments is vital for their overall development. This helps them become well-adjusted adults. It's also important to maintain a consistent routine for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime. This structure not only fosters better habits but also helps build a bond between you and your new pet. For those who are struggling to balance fitness routines while caring for a new puppy, consider integrating exercise into your pet's schedule. Activities like walking, running, or playing fetch can be both a workout for you and bonding time with your pup. As Benjamin gets older, he can even join you for outdoor activities, making fitness a joint journey. If you’re a new puppy owner, remember that the initial hurdles will pave the way for a rewarding relationship. With dedication and patience, you’ll witness your puppy grow into a loving companion.
