Sharing my experience getting rid of a hemorrhoid lump — ✅I haven’t had a flare-up again in almost half a year.

😣Let me first tell you what my situation was like back then. I would often bleed 🩸when going number two, and my anus felt like it was stuffed with a handful of tiny hot peppers 😧— burning and painful. When wiping, I could even feel a grape-sized lump. Walking and sitting were both uncomfortable. Anyway, it was really miserable!

⬇️The method I used was very simple:

1️⃣1. Sitz baths

I did them once in the morning and once at night, 💦soaking for about 10 minutes each time. It was mainly to soothe the swelling and pain, and to keep the anal area clean.

2️⃣2. Applying Huayilang Hemorrhoid Gel

👍Every night after the sitz bath, I used one tube and applied it directly on the lump and around the anal area. Since it has a gel texture, it absorbed well, and the effect on shrinking the lump was also good!

By the third day of using it, I noticed that the pain during bowel movements had eased a lot. 😍I also stopped bleeding when going number two, and bowel movements became much smoother.

😆By the second week, the lump had shrunk quite a bit. When wiping, it already felt much smaller, 😘and walking or sitting no longer caused that uncomfortable rubbing feeling.

👍After that, I kept using it for a while longer to maintain the results. ‼️The lump at the anus completely went down, and now I can barely feel it unless I really try to touch it carefully.

3️⃣3. Kegel exercises

This movement really has so many benefits. Now whenever I remember, I’ll do a few reps. It’s simple and practical. ⚠️I can feel the muscles around the anal area getting stronger, and the lump is less likely to come out again!

... Read moreManaging hemorrhoids can be a real challenge, but I’ve found that consistency and attention to simple, practical methods make all the difference. Beyond sitz baths and medication, I realized that paying close attention to lifestyle habits was essential for long-term relief. For instance, diet played a crucial role. I avoided spicy foods and anything that could aggravate the condition, opting instead for a fiber-rich diet filled with fruits, vegetables, and plenty of water. This helped ease bowel movements significantly, reducing strain and irritation. I also incorporated gentle Kegel exercises into my daily routine, which really helped strengthen the muscles around the anal area and improve circulation. These exercises are easy to do discreetly and only take a few minutes but have a big impact in prevention. Another tip that helped me was using the Huayilang Hemorrhoid Gel regularly at night after cleaning the area with warm sitz baths. The gel’s soothing effect and ability to reduce inflammation were noticeable within just a few days. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy residue, which made me more comfortable applying it. Sitz baths were my go-to for pain relief and hygiene — soaking the anal area in warm water twice a day was incredibly calming. I made sure to keep the water clean and avoided adding harsh soaps, focusing solely on soothing the affected area. In my experience, tackling hemorrhoids requires a balanced approach: managing symptoms, promoting healing, and supporting muscle strength through exercises. If you’re dealing with a similar issue, I recommend sticking to these simple but effective steps consistently. It’s possible to reclaim comfort and prevent recurrence without invasive procedures. Ultimately, patience and self-discipline were key. Hemorrhoid lumps don’t disappear overnight, but with daily care and mindful habits, you can significantly reduce discomfort and enjoy life again.
