Many of us have learned to hide our pain behind a smile, but sharing our experiences with trusted friends or support groups can foster connection and lessen the burden. Moreover, creating a calming bedtime routine and managing stress throughout the day can improve sleep quality. Avoiding screens before bed, limiting caffeine intake, and engaging in relaxing activities may contribute to better rest. Remember, you are not alone in these quiet battles.
