I even wear a couple of wristbands as a constant, subtle reminder – one says 'No Contact With Satan' and another simply 'NCWS' with a cross. They're just a little visual cue to help me stay focused throughout my day, especially when I feel those 'troublous times' creeping in. They remind me that I have a choice in how I respond to the world around me. This commitment has allowed me to really embrace the idea that 'Christians rise Up' – not in a confrontational way, but by rising above the negativity with resilience, hope, and an unwavering spirit. It’s about finding inner strength, even when outer circumstances are challenging. It’s about being a beacon of light, not just for myself, but potentially for others who might also be navigating their own difficult periods.
