โหเฟ How to actually have a Glowup! ๐๐หโ
1. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep! - Sleeping is basically your bodies way of recharging itself.
2. Exercise daily - pilates, running, boxing, etc. If you like more intense workouts, when youโre on your period try to take it easy.
3. For snacks, have blueberries and blackberries fight fats in your body ! If you are struggling with finding healthy, fat free foods, these will be good for you.

4. Skincare:
1. Find your skin type and get a face wash that is made for that type of skin.
2. Make sure to wash your face, neck, and neckline in circular movements.
3. Moisturize your face - Use a liquid moisturizer for a more shiny and clean look or find a moisturizer that suits your skin type.
4. Eye masks - These help get rid of puffiness and eye bags! Cotton pads soaked in coconut water, put in the fridge and then rubbed under your eyes also help with this.
5. 2qz/64oz of water daily will help clear your skin and de-puff your face.

5. Hair:
1. Once a week do a hair mask - you can use conditioner in your hair for 30 - 40 minutes!
2. Change your conditioner every so often - your hair will get used to it otherwise !
4. Sea salt spray helps with volume in your hair!
5. Hairdressers recommend washing your hair once a week but if you have a more oily scalp, every to every other day may be better for you!

Achieving a glow-up involves a holistic approach that combines skincare, fitness, and healthy eating. One crucial element is sleep; getting at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep is vital for your skin's health and overall wellbeing. Exercise is another key factor. Incorporating daily workoutsโwhether it's high-intensity training, pilates, or yogaโcan help improve not only your physical appearance but also your mental well-being. Furthermore, focus on your nutrition. Foods rich in antioxidants, such as blueberries and blackberries, can help combat oxidative stress and result in clearer skin. Skincare is essential for a glow-up; establish a routine that includes cleansing, moisturizing, and using treatments like eye masks to address puffiness. Consider natural remedies like coconut water for hydration. Remember to change your hair care products regularly to avoid build-up and consider weekly masks to maintain your hair's health and shine. Lastly, don't underestimate the power of fragrance; layer your perfumes with coordinating body lotions to enhance your scent. Incorporate these steps into your daily routine for a noticeable transformation!

Perfume in the hair is bad for it I recommend not to do it only if itโs made for the hair
