Fortnite get that car out of here! And stay gone
I don’t know about you but I cannot stand cars in Fortnite. Just have movement items and vault the cars or make them a lot easier to blow up. Tired of having people run from one car to the other and blowing up 5 cars before you get them! Or getting ran over when you are engaging another team. But this time I got the perfect clip of how to stop a car with two perfect shots! Let me know how you feel about the shots! #crypticskyye #fortnite #unfiltered #shareyourthoughts #gamergirl
Okay, so while I absolutely love taking down those pesky Fortnite cars with a couple of well-placed shots – nothing beats seeing an enemy vehicle explode! – sometimes you're the one inside the vehicle and need to make a quick, tactical exit. Knowing how to get out of a car in Fortnite is super simple but incredibly crucial for survival and pulling off smart plays. All you usually need to do is press your designated interact/exit button. On PC, it's typically 'E' or 'F'; on PlayStation, it's 'Triangle'; Xbox, 'Y'; and Switch, 'X' or 'A', depending on your custom bindings. I always recommend checking your settings if you're unsure, especially after a new season update! But when should you bail out? It's not just about avoiding getting run over! I've learned that timing your exit can single-handedly win you engagements. For instance, if you're driving into a heavily contested area and you sense an ambush, jumping out at full speed behind a natural cover like a rock or a small building can give you an instant advantage. The car continues forward, often drawing initial fire, while you're already setting up your perfect shot, ready to Deal damage with 5 different weapon types in a match to surprise your opponents. It’s a classic bait-and-switch tactic that works wonders! Another critical scenario is when you're low on health and desperately need to heal. Driving frantically might keep you alive for a fleeting moment, but you're a sitting duck. Instead, find a patch of trees or a slight dip in the terrain, quickly exit, and pop those mini-shields or medkits. I’ve had countless moments where a timely, well-executed exit saved my skin, letting me regroup and then turn the tables on my pursuers. Sometimes, exiting the car is the best way to get a clear line of sight to KNOCK DOWN an aggressive driver who thought they had you cornered. The satisfying ping of an elimination after outsmarting a car-bound opponent is just the best! And let's not forget about using cars as dynamic, moving cover. Drive past an enemy, then quickly exit on the side away from them, using the car itself as a temporary shield while you return fire. This is especially effective in open fields where natural cover is scarce. It can totally throw off an enemy's aim, giving you those precious seconds to react. For those times when you're facing down an enemy vehicle and don't want to immediately blow it up, remember there are other tactical options. Shooting out tires can cripple their mobility, making them slow and vulnerable, effectively forcing the driver to get out themselves – often right into your waiting crosshairs. You can even try to swap seats to the passenger side and jump out mid-drift to completely confuse your opponents. The goal is always to be unpredictable and keep your opponents guessing, ultimately leading to you getting that satisfying ELIMINATED message for their entire squad. Mastering vehicle exits and countering is a huge step to becoming a Fortnite pro!
