Would it be a bad idea to start lookin for new job

I've been working in my current industry since 22(now 26) and I am now on my third job. I left my old job chasing more money, now at 85,000 but the workload is a bit too much for me and it's affecting my mental health outside of work. I've been at this job for about 6 months. Would it be a bad idea to start looking for new jobs already or should I stick it out longer?

Many professionals wonder how often it is acceptable to change jobs, especially when faced with heavy workloads that impact personal well-being. Statistics show that it is becoming increasingly common for individuals to switch jobs within 1-3 years in their career, often in search of better compensation, work-life balance, or job satisfaction. Understanding the broader job market is crucial. Reviewing current trends can help you recognize if your situation is unique or part of a larger industry trend. Websites like Glassdoor and LinkedIn frequently publish insights on job satisfaction and compensation across various roles and industries. Engaging with professionals in similar fields via forums or networking events can provide valuable perspectives. Ultimately, listening to your own needs is paramount. If the current job's demands are affecting your mental health and overall happiness, it may be wise to explore new options. Before making a decision, consider updating your resume and building your professional network to better position yourself for future opportunities. Remember, prioritizing your mental and emotional well-being is critical in any career journey.

As often as you see fit! Never be anywhere where you are not respected, compensated properly, or treated fairly!! Exit stage! BUT, ALWAYS make sure you have other employment in order! Never leave a job blindly!

I think you should switch jobs if your mental health has declined since you’re time with that company.
