I’m Crys, 100% Bahamian 🇧🇸38 years old, getting married this year, working on myself ,my business, my health and wellness! Ran track and field for 20+ years so I know a couple of things about fitness and running! Love moving my body! Love the outdoors and traveling and foodddddd! As a nature lover and energetic person, my journey has been filled with diverse experiences. I enjoy everything from hiking through scenic trails to diving into delicious culinary experiences. With a background in track and field for over 20 years, I am passionate about health and fitness, which are integral parts of my lifestyle. Travel is another cornerstone of my life; I believe each destination brings a new perspective and adventure. Being a foodie at heart, I love exploring new cuisines and sharing those experiences with friends and family. As I prepare for my upcoming wedding in 2025, I'm focused on self-improvement and embracing my journey. I hope to inspire others to appreciate every unique aspect of their lives – including being a homebody or a free spirit, both of which can coexist in our identities!
