My Sunday
Sometimes we honestly have to pump the breaks in our lives. Time passes right by us all the time whether we see it or not. Or should I say… whether we choose to believe it or not? Today I had that moment. I wanted to do a few things today and ended up doing NADA 👎. It triggered me. However, I just dug my face into my books, opened up my GOODNOTES APP, and started reading and writing. I also put on some super chill frequencies and just did my own thing. When life doesn’t want you to do one thing but rather… something else. It’s cool… I can dig it. Anyways! I hope every is enjoying the last little bit of Sunday juice in the juice box 😊🍋. Always find things to be grateful for, kiss your kids 30 times a day, and thank everyone for waking up with you when they do 🩷✨🫰. Life is small lived… do the things that make you feel like 6 big ones 😗😗🥰🎈. #Lemon8Diary #foryoupage #sahm #unaesthetic #shareyourthoughts Philadelphia
In our fast-paced lives, Sundays often serve as a necessary pause—a chance to reflect and recharge. Embracing the art of doing nothing can significantly enhance our mental wellbeing. Consider dedicating time for self-care activities that promote relaxation, such as reading, meditating, or listening to soothing music. Studies suggest that engaging with calming frequencies can improve mood and reduce stress levels. Additionally, practicing gratitude can shift our perspective, helping us appreciate the little things in life, like spending quality time with family. Whether it's kissing your kids multiple times, enjoying a quiet cup of coffee, or cherishing a moment of peace, these are the experiences that contribute to a fulfilling life. In recent months, there’s been a growing trend around “slow living,” where individuals prioritize intentional living and mindfulness. This lifestyle encourages mindful consumption with a focus on quality over quantity in every aspect of daily life. As we navigate our busy weekdays, finding pockets of tranquility within our Sundays can rejuvenate our spirit and inspire creativity. Reflecting on my day spent in Philadelphia, a city rich with culture and diversity, I was reminded how moments of introspection in vibrant surroundings can foster deeper connections with ourselves and the world around us. Together, let’s create a habit of celebrating our Sundays. By sharing our experiences, we not only enrich our own lives but also inspire others to slow down and appreciate the journey.
