A small building on the street in the alley. Outside is vintage. Walking inside is still classic. Focus on the blue-green color and brown. Coffee machines, lamps and coffee mugs. The price starts from 30-40 HKD (130-180 baht for Thai money). This shop is very good in Hong Kong.
🥯 Vission Bakery | Central
Come because I want to eat Pistachio Custard Danish. Juicy, 68 HKD per piece. Khun Phra is about 300 🥹 Thai silver, but whenever I come, I have to order it to be worth it and I don't miss trying Matcha Mochi Dansih 60 HKD. Matcha is very juicy and juicy. Overall, it's delicious. But I recommend sharing it with my friends because I only eat 1 / 4 of the piece and I'm very full.

The cafe focuses on the bakery. The shop is beautiful from the outside. The design is very stylish to take pictures. The inside is equally good looking. Vibe is good, chic, modern, not vintage. ในครั้งที่สองของการเที่ยวฮ่องกง ฉันตั้งใจหาแหล่งคาเฟ่ใหม่ๆ ที่ไม่ซ้ำกับครั้งก่อน และได้เจอกับร้านเหล่านี้ที่ให้ประสบการณ์หลากหลาย ทั้งคาเฟ่วินเทจสุดคลาสสิกของ N1 Coffee & Co. ใน Tsim Sha Tsui ที่มีสไตล์การตกแต่งด้วยโทนสีเขียวอมฟ้าและน้ำตาลอันอบอุ่น พร้อมราคากาแฟที่ไม่แพงเกินไป ถือว่าน่าลองสำหรับคนที่อยากสัมผัสกาแฟบรรยากาศดีในย่านนี้ อีกแห่งที่ขึ้นชื่อใน Central คือ Vission Bakery ที่ขึ้นชื่อเรื่องขนมหวานอย่าง Pistachio Custard Danish และ Matcha Mochi Danish ที่เต็มไปด้วยรสชาติเนียนฉ่ำ แม้ว่าราคาจะสูงนิดหน่อย แต่ความอร่อยและรสสัมผัสที่หลากหลายก็คุ้มค่ากับการลอง โดยเฉพาะถ้าเน้นแบ่งกินกับเพื่อนจะเหมาะมาก สำหรับแฟนกาแฟที่ชื่นชอบร้านที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับโลก Blue Bottle Coffee ณ สาขา Central ซึ่งถึงแม้จะไม่ใหญ่ที่สุดแต่มีพื้นที่ถึง 2 ชั้น บรรยากาศโปร่งสบาย และยังได้เห็นคนท้องถิ่นพาน้องหมามานั่งเล่นด้วย เป็นความน่ารักที่แทรกซึมอยู่ในคาเฟ่ฮ่องกงทั่วไป นอกจากนั้น The Baker and The Bottleman ใน Wan Chai ร้านนี้โดดเด่นด้วยดีไซน์และการตกแต่งสไตล์โมเดิร์นที่โดนใจนักถ่ายรูป รวมถึงตู้ขนมหลากสีสันที่ชวนน้ำลายสอ ชนิดที่แทบอยากซื้อขนมติดไม้ติดมือกลับไทยเลยทีเดียว จากประสบการณ์จริง การเดินทางเพื่อค้นหาคาเฟ่ใหม่ๆ เป็นเรื่องสนุกสนานและช่วยให้ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจใหม่ๆ ทั้งจากรสชาติและบรรยากาศของร้านแต่ละแห่ง ซึมซับได้ทั้งวัฒนธรรมและเทรนด์กาแฟเบเกอรี่นานาชาติในฮ่องกง จึงอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนได้ลองแวะไปดู รับรองจะได้ภาพสวยๆ และรสชาติอร่อยๆ กลับมาอย่างประทับใจแน่นอน!
