My Peace Formula
I’ve been sitting with Mosiah 1:6–7 today, and it hit me how much I need this reminder right now. 📜✨
Sometimes I get so caught up in the "noise" of life that I forget I have a literal roadmap sitting right in front of me. Here’s what I’m taking away personally:
It’s Real & It’s Here 📖: King Benjamin reminds his sons that these records are true. I don’t have to wonder if God’s promises are real—I can see the evidence of His hand in these words every time I open them.
Searching > Reading 🔍: There’s a huge difference between glancing at a verse and "searching diligently." When I actually dig in, that’s when I start to "profit" and find the peace I’m looking for.
The Simple Formula 👣: Life feels complicated, but the promise is simple: Keep the commandments, and you ’ll prosper. Not necessarily with money, but with the growth and strength that only comes from Him.
At the end of the day, these scriptures aren't just history—they are an invitation. Every time I open them, I feel like I’m taking a step closer to Jesus Christ. He is the "surety" in my life when everything else feels uncertain. 🕊️
