God promises to bless those who follow Him

I read Mosiah 10 today, then Exodus 5-6. 📖✨ Though a prophet called and ordained of God, Moses struggled or attempted to reason with the Lord when told to do something difficult and dangerous. ✋🔥

​Moses was to tell the Pharaoh to release the children of Israel from bondage. ⛓️👑 It must've been terribly frustrating to Moses when he followed the Lord’s counsel and the Pharaoh did not let Israel go. 😤🌩️

​Sometimes I want or expect something to happen in my life after I follow the Lord’s counsels, then find that the thing I hoped for, which was a good thing to hope for, did not happen. 💔🙏

​This has happened many times in my life, but I've learned something that’s also good as a result. ✨ The Lord’s promises are true. ⚓ When I, and anyone, faithfully follows Him, the Lord’s blessings flow. 🌊🙌

​Sometimes blessings are received right away. ⚡🎁

​Sometimes blessings come later. ⏳🌻

​As I follow the Lord, I have confidence and trust that blessings will come. 👣🛡️ Whether during this mortal journey or eternally, the Lord always keeps His promises. 🌍🌅♾️
