私も広島の流川で夜遅くまで楽しんだ際に「花いちもんめ」を訪れました。初めていただいた鴨だしのスープは、見た目の透明感からは想像できないほど味わい深く、じんわりと体に染み渡る優しい味わいが印象的でした。鴨肉は驚くほどやわらかく、ねぎの香りがスープによく馴染んで後味もさっぱり。しかも、飲んだ後でも軽やかに食べられる軽さがあり、飲み会の締めにぴったりです。 また、ここで欠かせないのがラーメンのあとの雑炊。残った鴨だしスープにご飯を入れた贅沢な一皿で、鴨の旨みを最後まで余すところなく楽しめます。実際に締めの雑炊を味わったときは、スープのコクとご飯の甘みが絶妙に調和し、心も体も温かくなりました。 雰囲気も静かで落ち着いており、カウンター席中心の店内は一人でも気兼ねなく長居できる空間です。ライブやコンサートの帰り、または流川界隈での夜ごはんの後にふらっと立ち寄るのに最適な場所で、歩いてすぐホテルに戻れる距離感も魅力のひとつ。広島の夜を満喫したい方にはぜひ訪れてもらいたい穴場の鴨だしラーメン店です。
