私も「ラーメンるっきー」に実際に足を運んでみましたが、まず感じたのはスープのバランスの良さです。濃厚だけどしつこくなく、旨味がしっかりと感じられるので、何度でも食べたくなる味です。特に、半熟の味たまはとろっとした黄身が濃厚なスープと絡み合い、絶妙なアクセントになっていました。 またチャーシューは口の中でとろけるほど柔らかく、もやしはシャキシャキの食感でスープのコクを引き立てています。私が訪れた際は、店内は清潔でスタッフの接客も温かく、居心地よく食事ができました。 広島中心部のCUBE広島から徒歩すぐの立地も、旅の疲れを癒すのにぴったりです。宿泊後の夜ごはんや、平和記念公園や宮島観光の合間のランチに立ち寄りやすく、またサンフレッチェの試合観戦前後にも便利な場所にあります。 私は観光ついでに訪れましたが、地元の方々にも愛される理由が納得できるクオリティの高さでした。新しく整備されたWi-Fi環境のあるCUBE広島の宿泊も一緒に利用すると、快適な広島滞在が楽しめますよ。次回の広島旅行ではまた必ず訪れたいラーメン店のひとつになりました。
