• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 1 cup sugar

• 1 tsp baking powder

• ¼ tsp salt

• 1 cup milk

• ½ cup melted butter

🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2️⃣ Prepare Peaches

In a bowl, mix peaches, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

3️⃣ Add Butter

Pour melted butter into a 9x13 baking dish.

4️⃣ Make Batter

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.

5️⃣ Layer (Do NOT Stir)

Pour batter over melted butter.

Spoon peaches evenly over batter.

Do not mix — it creates the cobbler crust.

6️⃣ Bake

Bake 45–50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
