Ladies It’s that time of the month!!

When it’s mine time of the month, the first few days I get severe cramps! I take the usual pain killers but I still be in mild pain. Here lately I’ve been trying to find some at home remedies to easy my suffering😩. I’ve been drinking peppermint tea to easy the pain and it’s been a game changer for me. What are some at home remedies y’all use to easy your period cramps?
