A Green Flag Nobody Talks Abut 💚🍀
It’s about the person showing that they care about getting to know you.
The one who wants to know everything about is the one who cares.
I don’t suggest just spilling all your tea too early but watch out for the people that care about what you have to say about yourself. These people care to get to know you, not just be around you or use you.
However, do put extra caution into the way they ask questions & why. Some people want to collect information on you to use it later to hurt you.
If the questions seem too much or the eye contact is too much …Trust your intuition! 💚💚
From personal experiences, I've learned that true care in relationships often shows itself through curiosity—not just any curiosity, but a genuine desire to understand who you are. For instance, when someone asks thoughtful questions about your past or your dreams, it signals that they value your story. However, I've also encountered times when the line between caring and prying gets blurred. It’s essential to observe the tone and intent behind the questions. Overly intense eye contact or invasive inquiries can sometimes feel more like an interrogation than genuine interest. In such moments, trusting your gut feeling is key. Another important aspect is pacing. It’s beneficial to share parts of yourself gradually, allowing trust to build naturally. People who rush you to reveal everything too soon might have ulterior motives or simply don’t respect your boundaries. The green flag here is subtle—it's about presence and patience. When someone consistently shows interest in your wellbeing and history, without pushing or pressuring, that’s a strong indicator they’re invested in you as a whole person, not merely what you can offer. So, while many focus on obvious signs of respect or kindness, this quieter green flag of genuine interest deserves more attention because it demonstrates empathy and care, building a foundation for a healthy and trusting relationship.
