I didn’t realize how loud life was until I spent time alone and actually liked being with myself. Solitude doesn’t mean loneliness — sometimes it’s relief.

I wish there was a simple yes or no, but it’s honestly so layered. The more I read, the more I realize how complicated it really is, and how much context matters.
