A Marina Bay Waterfront Restaurant That’s Made for
✨ Had a lovely dinner with my family at PS.Cafe One Fullerton, located right by Marina Bay and the Merlion Park – super convenient to get to on foot.
We chose outdoor seating, and the view was simply breathtaking. Dining while taking in the gorgeous Marina Bay night skyline? Yes, please! 📸
Even caught the Marina Bay Sands Light Show at 8PM and 9PM – the atmosphere was incredible.
If you're visiting Singapore, this is a must-visit spot for photos and vibes!
🎉 We were lucky to try their National Day Special Menu, available from August to October 31 – and here’s what we ordered:
🥗 Starter|Bak Kut Teh Birria Tacos
A fun fusion of the classic Bak Kut Teh flavor and Mexican-style tacos – super flavorful, with lettuce and yogurt sauce adding layers of texture and taste.
🍝 Main|Mee Siam Cacio Spaghettini
A creative take on traditional Mee Siam, blended with Italian-style pasta. Citrusy, aromatic, and topped with prawns and roe – perfectly balanced!
🍦 Dessert|Teh Tarik Ice Cream Bunwich
Pulled tea ice cream sandwiched in soft fluffy buns, sprinkled with coconut flowers and a drizzle of tea syrup. Rich, smooth, and oh-so-satisfying.
🍹 Drink|Soursop Breeze
A refreshing mix of passionfruit, lychee, and sparkling soda – the ultimate tropical thirst quencher.
👶 For the little one, we ordered the Creamy Pasta and Steak & Fries – both dishes were quickly devoured, so it's definitely a kid-friendly spot too!
💡 Pro Tip: The outdoor seats at PS.Cafe One Fullerton offer a great view of the National Day fireworks – so be sure to book in advance!
Perfect for dates, family dinners, or just a chill night out with friends. The vibes? Immaculate. 💕

Firstly, the location is unbeatable—situated right by Marina Bay and the iconic Merlion Park, it's ideal for those who love combining scenic views with great food. Outdoor seating is highly recommended, especially in the evening when you can catch the Marina Bay Sands light shows that happen twice nightly. The ambience created by the city lights and water is truly magical. When it comes to the menu, don't miss out on trying their National Day Special offerings if you visit between August and October. The Bak Kut Teh Birria Tacos were a delightful fusion, blending local flavors with Mexican-style presentation, which added a refreshing twist to the starter. The Mee Siam Cacio Spaghettini creatively married Singaporean and Italian cuisines—a must-try for those who enjoy exploring innovative dishes. For dessert, the Teh Tarik Ice Cream Bunwich stood out with its rich and smooth pulled tea ice cream complemented by coconut flower sprinkles. For drinks, the Soursop Breeze—a tropical mix of passionfruit, lychee, and sparkling soda—offered a perfect balance, especially on humid evenings. Families will be pleased to know this restaurant is kid-friendly, with the creamy pasta and steak & fries being quick hits among younger diners. Lastly, the AHERDEEN ANGUS CENTRE CUT TENDERLOIN and CRISPY TYPHOON CALAMARI are worth exploring if you want a fuller meal experience beyond the National Day Specials.
