Crispy Baked Chicken Tenders 😋

During my weight loss journey, I’ve had to learn how to make my favorite meals healthier, but still very tasty! Today I was craving spicy chicken tenders, I didn’t want to fry them, so here’s what I did!

I used chicken tenderloins, coated them in a seasoned breadcrumb mix, and baked them on 425 for about 18-22 mins flipping half way and taking them out when golden and crispy. Then I hit ‘em with a spicy buffalo drizzle (just hot sauce + a lil melted butter 😮‍💨).

Served it with mashed potatoes made from scratch, just boiled gold potatoes, mashed with a little “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter,” some of the water I cooked them in, garlic powder, pepper, and parsley on top 💚
