How to get long 4c hair
Achieving long 4C hair can be a rewarding journey, but it requires using the right techniques and products. First, focus on a healthy scalp, as a nourished scalp promotes hair growth. Incorporate scalp oils like MIELLE and Vatika into your routine to stimulate blood circulation. Also, consider deep conditioning treatments with products like Aussie and Novex, which help maintain moisture and prevent breakage. Regular trims are crucial for maintaining healthy ends, so schedule these every 8-12 weeks. Protective styles, such as braids, twists, and buns, can minimize manipulation and help retain length. Experiment with various styles such as knotless braids, box braids, and faux locs to find what suits you best. Lastly, remember that consistency is key. Keep track of your hair care regimen, stay hydrated, and maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, promoting overall hair health. By following these steps and investing care into your 4C hair, you can achieve the long, luscious locks you desire!

I don’t have long 4c hair, I have long 4a/4b hair… but what works for me is: Figuring out how much you need to hydrate your hair. My hair is very dry often, so I make sure to prevent that with hair oils/water. Protective hairstyles like braids aren’t the best for hair growth… locs, twists, and others are great for growing your hair. Trims your hair every 2-3 months! This actually helped me grow my hair to my back (blowdryed) Experience with products. No matter how similar your hair is to another girls or even if you have the same hair type- certain products don’t work for everybody. See what YOU like and what helps YOUR hair.
