The top photo was taken on January 1st of this year. The bottom one was taken a few days ago. I have went from 336 to 280 by lifting for two hours four to five days a week, and adjusting my diet. This is all with multiple back surgeries (full Lumbar Fusion final surgery). I am pretty proud of the results, but not done.
