A Day in the Life of Maintaining My Soul Care!!!

There’s always time for squeezing in some much-needed soul care in general - and especially after chaos and trauma. This is when it’s most vital to look after you.

So, I took a few short side trips to some of my favorite spots while I was visiting my old town. The stillness, calmness, serenity, birds flying by, no passerby, and the quiet rest all truly sang to my soul. Speaking of singing, of course, my absolute favorite Spotify playlist was going. I am replenished and restored from anything I might not have noticed was lost. Do you seek those subtle little moments of soul care for yourself??? How is that going for you???

It only requires even just a minimum of five minutes. Fifteen minutes if you are truly curating your soul care.
