Just a SAHM that doesn’t fully know what she’s doing on here yet 🤗
Am I the only one? 🙃

As a stay-at-home mom diving into the world of social media, I’ve often felt overwhelmed and unsure about how to make my content resonate. One thing that truly stands out is how easy it is to fall into the trap of comparison. Like many others, I found myself scrolling through feeds filled with seemingly perfect posts, leading to feelings of inadequacy and frustration when my own content didn’t take off as quickly as I hoped. One important realization was understanding that social media often highlights only the best moments, which can create unrealistic expectations. It's not about having the latest gadgets or the most polished videos; authenticity carries more weight than perfection. Embracing this mindset helped me focus on sharing genuine moments of my life as a SAHM, which resonates with others going through similar experiences. Another challenge is balancing content creation with daily responsibilities. Being a microinfluencer or small content creator means you’re often juggling many roles. Setting realistic goals and embracing small wins—like engaging with my community or learning new content skills—has been key to feeling encouraged. To fellow SAHMs or anyone starting out in content creation, remember that it's okay not to have everything figured out immediately. Social media is a journey, not a race. The best advice I can share is to avoid letting comparison steal your joy. Focus on your unique story, be patient with growth, and celebrate the authentic connections you build along the way.
