Licensed Cosmetologist here (2004)! I’ve been doing hair for as long as I can remember. I took my classes while in high school and received my license the following year. After college and moving back home I started doing hair in a salon. I switched salon homes maybe 3 times and around the beginning of the lace front craze I decided I wanted out 😮💨
In 2022 ( first photo), I decided I would hop back in the game. I was nervous because I had to build my clientele pretty much from scratch! Unbeknownst to me, all my clients were ecstatic to come back.
My goal was to and is to own my own salon one day! I figured I’d start with a suite. A year later, in 2023, I got the keys to my very own suite, which is the second photo!
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but, don’t give up on your dreams! Chase those dreams, stay true to yourself, and crush those goals, girl!!! You got this 💪🏾
