สมัยผมเริ่มกินต้มเลือดหมู ก็มักจะเจอแต่แบบที่ใส่ของได้ตามใจพ่อค้าแม่ค้าเท่านั้น แต่ที่ร้านต้มเลือดหมูป้าตุ๋ยนี้ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านที่มีจุดเด่นน่าสนใจมาก เพราะสามารถ customized ได้ เลือกได้ว่าอยากจะใส่อะไรบ้าง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเลือดหมูนุ่มๆ ตับสด หมูชิ้น หมูสับ ไส้ หรือกระเพาะก็เขียนแจ้งลุง ป้าได้เลย จะสั่งแบบรวมทุกอย่างหรือเลือกเฉพาะที่ชอบก็ได้ตามใจเลยครับ ผมเองชอบสั่งแบบ "สองหมู" คือหมูชิ้นกับหมูสับ เพราะทั้งสองแบบนี้ปรุงรสมาอย่างดี ตัวหมูสับเนื้อละมุน ส่วนหมูชิ้นก็เต็มคำ น้ำซุปของร้านนี้เค้าเด็ดมาก กลมกล่อม หอมกลิ่นพริกไทย อร่อยจนต้องซดเกลี้ยงชามทุกทีและไม่ต้องกลัวเปรี้ยวเพราะไม่เค็มเกินไป นอกจากนี้ถ้าใครอยากทานผักเหมือนกันก็บอกได้เลย ป้าเค้าจะจัดให้ ใครชอบทานข้าวก็สั่งได้แบบถ้วยละ 6 บาท พูดเลยว่าข้าวถ้วยเดียวไม่อิ่มแน่นอน ร้านตั้งอยู่ในซอยลือชา ห่างจากปากซอยประมาณ 200 เมตร ใครเดินผ่านต้องลองชำเลืองมองซ้ายมือ แล้วแวะไปนั่งกินแบบสบายๆ เพราะมีโต๊ะให้นั่งหลายโต๊ะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมื้อเช้าหรือมื้อเที่ยงก็เหมาะมาก ที่สำคัญราคาไม่แพง เริ่มต้นแค่ 40-60 บาทเท่านั้น น้ำชาน้ำแข็งที่ร้านก็ฟรีและรสชาติสดชื่น พร้อมเสิร์ฟเป็นของคู่กันกับต้มเลือดหมูเรียกว่าตอบโจทย์ครบทั้งรสชาติ ราคา และบรรยากาศเลยครับ สำหรับคนที่ชอบต้มเลือดหมูแท้ๆ ที่เน้นน้ำซุปหอมพริกไทยและเครื่องในสดใหม่ ไม่ควรพลาดร้านนี้เด็ดขาด ใครอยากซดน้ำซุปกลมกล่อมแต่ยังอยากได้รสชาติถูกใจหรือจัดเต็มเครื่องในตามใจ ขอแนะนำให้แวะมาต้มเลือดหมูป้าตุ๋ยที่ซอยลือชาเลย รับรองว่าจะต้องติดใจแบบผมแน่นอนครับ
