ถ้าพูดถึงก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำในกรุงเทพฯ ผมมักจะนึกถึงรสชาติจัดจ้านและเครื่องแน่นๆ ที่ร้าน Nooze Nooze เป็นหนึ่งในร้านที่ผมประทับใจมากเพราะเขาใส่ใจรายละเอียดของทุกชามจริงๆ ผมชอบตรงที่หมูซูวีเนื้อนุ่มเป็นพิเศษซึ่งทางร้านใช้สูตรเฉพาะจากเชฟกอดองเบลอ ทำให้เนื้อหมูนุ่มละมุนลิ้นแบบที่หากินได้ยากในก๋วยเตี๋ยวทั่วไป น้ำซุปต้มยำของเขาก็กลมกล่อมครบทุกรสเปรี้ยว หวาน เค็ม และเผ็ดแบบพอดี ไม่ต้องปรุงเพิ่มเลย นอกจากนี้ยังมีเส้นให้เลือกถึง 8 แบบ เช่น เส้นเล็ก เส้นใหญ่ วุ้นเส้น หรือบะหมี่ ใครชอบแบบไหนก็สั่งได้ตามใจ ของทานเล่นที่ผมชอบสุดคือเผือกทอดกรอบนอกนุ่มใน ทานเพลินมากจริงๆ และสำหรับคนชอบดื่มน้ำผลไม้สด ในร้านเดียวกันยังมี 'Zippy Sip' ที่เสิร์ฟสมูทตี้ผลไม้หลากหลายรสชาติ เช่น Tropical Sunrise หรือ Raspberry Lych ซึ่งแต่ละเมนูจะมีการผสมผสานผลไม้สดอย่างลงตัว ทำให้ได้รสชาติสดชื่นและเต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยคุณประโยชน์ บรรยากาศร้านก็เป็นอีกจุดที่น่าสนใจ ร้านตกแต่งด้วยสีส้มสดใส ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นและมีชีวิตชีวา เหมาะกับการมาทานเป็นมื้อกลางวันหรือมื้อเย็นกับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัว แถมราคายังเข้าถึงได้ เริ่มต้นเพียง 89 บาทเท่านั้น จอดรถง่ายที่ลานจอดหลังร้าน หากเพื่อนๆ ที่กำลังมองหาร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำเครื่องแน่น รสชาติถูกใจ พร้อมบรรยากาศดีๆ ต้องลองไปที่ Nooze Nooze ที่ซอยอารีย์ 5 แล้วคุณจะลืมภาพจำก๋วยเตี๋ยวแบบเดิมๆ ไปเลยครับ
