Fixed it for ya
I’m not a democrat, but most people who are left leaning just want basic human rights and decency. Meanwhile the right will do anything in their power to “own the libs” and ignore how they are harming everyone around them. A Republican would eat literal dogshit if they knew a democrat would have to smell their breath later.
The republicans are cheering on literal public execution and see absolutely no flaws in it. The “don’t tread on us” group has become “obey the government or die”, like sick little government lapdogs.
In engaging with political discourse, especially from a left-leaning viewpoint, it's clear that the core desire for many is simply basic human rights and decency. From personal experience, I've noticed how the polarization often leads to extreme expressions on both sides, but what stands out is how some factions on the right seem willing to overlook human dignity to score political points or 'own the libs.' This has tangible effects, as policies and attitudes that disregard empathy can harm communities and individuals. The image content referenced sums up this divide well, highlighting how Democrats often advocate for justice, liberty, and human rights, while some Republicans have shifted towards endorsing harsher policies, including public execution, which is alarming from a human rights perspective. The phrase 'don't tread on us' turning into 'obey the government or die' symbolizes a dramatic change from valuing individual freedoms to a strict, even deadly, adherence to authority. I've also observed that political slogans and rallies, such as those associated with #maga or #abolishice, often deepen societal fractures instead of healing them. These hashtags represent real movements with passionate followers, but they also underscore the intense polarization and the difficulty in finding common ground. Sharing these observations helps illuminate how extreme partisanship can lead to losing sight of core human values and rights. Bridging this gap requires understanding and encouraging discussions prioritizing dignity and respect over political gamesmanship.
