This is my favorite way to make mac and cheese because it has that creaminess but also reminds me of the “old school” way that I grew up loving. I’m not super picky when it comes to how it’s made because I’ve tried almost every version you can think of… but I will say any version that includes an egg tends to be my favorite. Regardless of my preferences, pass me whatever you make as long as it tastes right lol.
