Having attended FoodieLand in previous years, I can say it's truly a paradise for food lovers. With more than 250 vendors, the variety of cuisines is incredible, ranging from skewered chicken with mochi to international street foods and unique desserts. The festival atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, with plenty of interactive games and engaging live entertainment that keeps everyone entertained beyond just eating. One of my favorite aspects is the value menu which is usually announced a week before the event; it offers a great way to try multiple dishes without overspending. This year, with the event spanning three days at the iconic Cow Palace, it’s even easier to pace yourself and explore new flavors at your own rhythm. Planning ahead is key because tickets are exclusively sold online—make sure to buy early to avoid missing out. Also, it’s great that kids under 5 get in free, making it an affordable outing for families. If you’re passionate about food festivals, this is definitely one of the largest and most exciting in the US to mark on your calendar. Follow @foodielandnm on Instagram for the latest updates, including announcements on performers and special dishes. From my experience, attending FoodieLand is not just about tasting delicious food but also about connecting with local food artisans, discovering new culinary trends, and enjoying a vibrant social atmosphere that food festivals uniquely offer. Whether you go with friends, family, or solo, it’s a fantastic way to celebrate food culture in San Francisco. I highly recommend going with an empty stomach and comfortable shoes because you’ll want to explore every corner of this grand festival!
