✨Tea Time in Boston✨
Finally had the time to visit the most talked about tea house that is located or right outside of the Hynes convention center green line train stop! I’m usually never in this area in Boston, but when I finally get a chance to, I took it, and I did not regret it! 💕
Honestly, if you’re looking for the most authentic, high-quality tea, this is the absolute gold standard. Every cup is brewed to perfection right in front of you—it’s basically a science, but make it chic! They come the cutest packaging! 💕
I ordered the green tea with mango and coconut jelly and the passionfruit green tea! Both were brewed to perfection, I can’t wait to go back on a summer day when I can dig the train because driving in that area is not recommended!

Visiting CHICHA San Chen in Boston is a real treat for any tea enthusiast. The atmosphere around Hynes Convention Center is vibrant yet cozy, making it a perfect spot to unwind with a meticulously brewed cup of tea. What makes this place stand out is not just the quality but the ceremony of tea preparation—you can watch the skilled staff perform a sort of tea 'science' right in front of you, which adds an engaging visual element to the experience. I recommend trying their green tea with mango and coconut jelly. The flavors blend beautifully— the natural sweetness from mango combined with the subtle creaminess of coconut jelly creates a delightful contrast against the crisp green tea base. The passionfruit green tea is another refreshing choice, ideal for hot days or when you want a zesty, tropical twist. Both drinks come in attractive, Instagram-worthy packaging that emphasizes the thoughtful presentation CHICHA San Chen is known for. If you’re venturing there, I suggest taking the Green Line train to the Hynes Convention Center stop to avoid the hassle of parking in this busy part of Boston. The location is convenient for locals and tourists alike who want to enjoy an authentic Taiwanese tea experience fused with modern style. This spot truly respects tea traditions, drawing on six years of dedicated tea crafting and centuries of tea heritage, as hinted by their branding and decor. For those exploring Boston’s cultural food scene or looking for a new boba tea place to rave about, CHICHA San Chen is a must-visit. Its blend of authentic flavors with modern chic vibes delivers a memorable tea time that lingers beyond the last sip.
