Second week of the restart

Hey guys just a weekly update this week I am 293 I ended up gaining 3 pounds back sadly I think it was mainly because I ate fast food and I noticed how bloated and bad it made me feel so next week I will just be sticking to homemade meals the entire week and more fruits and veggies to keep me on track within a 2000 calorie deficit . By next week I do wanna head to the gym and record a workout video and just mainly get a schedule going so I can better myself , going to the gym can be hard for me but next week I’m going to be brave about it. Wish me luck!!
