Started the Day with prayer and our prayer calls were so powerful this morning. So grateful that I get to choose God, thank you Jesus.

From my experience, grounding myself in a morning light anchor—exposing myself to natural light soon after waking—helps regulate my brain's circadian rhythm, boosting alertness and mood throughout the day. Incorporating a single-word intention such as “OPEN” sets a clear focus, serving as a mental anchor to stay present and receptive to new ideas and experiences. Reflecting weekly on small wins enhances motivation by recognizing progress, no matter how minor. Moreover, resetting your environment by decluttering can clear mental and physical space for new behaviors and habits to flourish. I've found that this physical reset often triggers a psychological shift, making it easier to embrace vulnerability and growth. These minor yet powerful adjustments provide a framework for sustained personal development, reminding us that we ultimately have the power to choose our direction.
