GYM ERA STILL GOINGG
Started the gym march 25th alone and must I say my gym anxiety is sorta over now . I use to go alone and yeah I felt awkward and shy bc I’m still learning how to do things but after 3 weeks in my bff decided to be my gym partner . And we do cheat some days either im tired or sore or she is or even some days I work too muchh. But all that matters is we are still doing this and it’s so exciting to work out with her bc we usually are the types to do adventures and eat so unhealthy and just watch tv and be lazy . so now we are starting a new thing of trying to be fit together and still do the rest and it’s so fun and exciting bc we are making it work so yeah guys just want ya to know if you really wanna Jim just do it and if you are scared have good music to distract or even find someone to go with !!! Or if you scared of being seen it’s so empty in the morning it’s a good start to learn what to do when no one’s there and take your time !!

Starting a fitness journey can be daunting, particularly for newcomers dealing with gym anxiety. It's important to know you're not alone in feeling awkward or intimidated when starting at the gym. Many people experience similar emotions, but with time, those feelings can transform into confidence. Finding a gym buddy, as I did, can make a significant difference. This friendship not only keeps you accountable but also adds fun to the process. You can motivate each other on days when the motivation is lacking, and share some laughs during workouts. Additionally, choosing less crowded times to visit the gym, as I did by going in the morning, can help ease initial fears of being judged. Many gyms have designated times for beginners or quieter hours, allowing you to familiarize yourself with the equipment and environment at your own pace. It's advisable to create a playlist of your favorite songs to help distract you and make workouts more enjoyable. Remember that fitness is a journey, and it might take time to see results. Embrace every step you take towards becoming fitter and healthier, and don't hesitate to celebrate small victories along the way!
