Never measure your value by people who cannot see it

Just like a diamond may look ordinary to someone expecting glass, our unique qualities may go unnoticed by the wrong audience. This can be discouraging, but it's important to remember that their perspective doesn't define who we are. In my own experience, I have often struggled when others undervalued my efforts or misunderstood my intentions. What helped me was realizing that their opinions were shaped by their own biases, limitations, or lack of insight. When I shifted focus to seek validation from within and from those who truly understand and appreciate me, my confidence grew stronger. It's also valuable to surround yourself with people who uplift you and recognize your strengths. Engaging with communities or friends who share similar values and goals can provide a supportive environment where you can thrive. Remember, self-worth is not about pleasing everyone but about embracing your authentic self. If you ever feel down because someone doesn't see your worth, think of the analogy of the diamond and glass. Your brilliance might be invisible to some, but it shines for those who know how to appreciate it. Stay true to your vision, keep growing, and never let the opinions of the wrong audience measure your value.
