Do not let trauma keep grasp of you!

It’s always easier, said than done. Realizing that trauma still affects you, as you continue to grow is one of the hardest things I have learned to realize. Because who actually wants to have trauma? Who wants something that they have to continuously think and linger on their mind? It is so exhausting and overall upsetting, realizing you can’t stop thinking of trauma that you have previously went through. At least for my aspect. If anyone has ever felt like this or anyone is feeling like this know that you are not alone and that a lot of people unfortunately feel the same way and that whatever you going through, you will make it out because you are the only person to get yourself out of it. Remember to love yourself and to love others. #traumarecovery #chat #engagementstory #followformore
