The idea of a 'Summerween' celebration allows you to blend the warmth of summer with the thrills of Halloween. Consider incorporating fall elements such as pumpkin-themed treats, haunted decorations, and costume parties. You can have guests arrive in their favorite Halloween costumes, blending the traditions of summer birthday celebrations with spooky festivities. Activities can include pumpkin carving, spooky story-telling, or even outdoor movie screenings featuring classic horror films. Don’t forget to set up a photo booth with Halloween props to capture those fun moments! You can also create a festive playlist featuring Halloween-themed songs to enhance the atmosphere. Finally, consider crafting goodie bags filled with seasonal treats like candy corn or mini pumpkins, ensuring your guests leave with a taste of the spooky season. Whether your birthday falls in July or October, embracing the spooky vibe can make your special day a blast!

I know this is a bit late, but I hope you’ve had 2 great birthdays. Mine is in November, at the end of fall you could say. Last year and this year it has fell/will fall on thanksgiving weekend. I tend to do something Christmas related though because by then it’s cold and I want to get in all the Christmas fun! We’ve went to Christmas zoo lights, and a Christmas museum, giant bookstores and ikea trips and some other fun things over the years. Not sure what I’ll plan this year, but I do love fall! I’ve always said if I’m lucky to become a mom I want a fall themed baby shower, just everyone chilling, having soup and all cozy, and just enjoying each others company not fussing over pointless baby themed games. Maybe even a bonfire and meal prepping.
