75 Focus Days

I wanted to share this because I figured someone else might want to do this challenge.

I felt inspired by the 75 Hard challenge, however the words Hard, Medium & Soft felt too hmm… how do I explain it? Too much of one thing. Does that make sense? 75 Hard sounds too hard, Medium sounds nice but also like it’s not enough and Soft well must I even go there?

My goal with naming it ‘Focus Days’ is that each day I wake up and feel focused & determined to accomplish the daily habits set before me.

You are more than welcome to use this template and join it as is or put your own twist to it! It’s all about fitting each person’s lifestyle and meeting each individual’s needs.

By the way, the goal in doing this isn’t to just do 75 days. Yes, the 75th day is the “end period” however the goal is to build these habits in order to keep going day 76 and on.

*I didn’t add reading or podcasts because I already do that for fun on a regular basis.☺️

The 75 Focus Days challenge encourages participants to develop daily habits that promote mental and physical well-being. Key components include daily prayer or Bible study, a minimum of 30 minutes of movement, and maintaining high protein meals with no processed sugar. Prioritizing sleep is also crucial—aim for 7-8 hours nightly to ensure your body is well-rested. Staying hydrated is equally important; drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day for optimal health. Not only does the 75 Focus Days challenge provide a structured path toward personal development, but it also emphasizes a continuous journey beyond the 75 days.
