Beginner youtube inspiration thread

DON’T STOP KEEP GOING!

We all see how the YouTube world has grown so much! NOBODY talks about how hard it is to start, stay consistent even when you have no subscribers, no support, or content ideas. There is no secret formula, you simply have to find your niche. For me personally the hardest thing is finding copyright free music and just making content I feel like people will watch.

This thread is to show you that we all have to start somewhere. I have started and stopped YouTube and content creation so many times and my excuses was always school, now it’s work.. honestly I have no excuse anymore. The things I like to do should be filmed and made into content. I have started to see progress on Instagram because I kept going everyday. The same content I posted on Instagram I posted on TikTok and I started seeing growth there.

My 2025 content goal is:

1,000 TikTok followers by MARCH

100+ subs on YOUTUBE (no specific timeframe)

3k+ followers on Instagram by June

The key is consistency, even when the initial growth seems slow. Beginners can find inspiration in communities that support newcomers, where sharing experiences and tips can foster creativity and resilience. One fundamental aspect of succeeding on platforms like YouTube is finding a unique niche. This not only helps in standing out but also makes content creation more enjoyable and less like a chore. It's worthwhile to explore various types of content to see what resonates with both the creator and audience—be it vlogs, tutorials, or lifestyle content. Moreover, optimizing video titles, descriptions, and tags with relevant keywords enhances discoverability. Engaging with viewers through comments and social media can also build a loyal community over time. Collaborations with other YouTubers can significantly boost visibility and subscribe counts, especially for those starting from scratch. Content creators should also leverage other social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok to funnel audiences back to their YouTube channel. Sharing snippets or highlights of their YouTube content can spark interest and encourage followers to check out the full videos. As video platforms continually evolve, staying updated on trends and algorithm changes is crucial for growth. Consistent and authentic content creation not only paves the way for achieving follower goals but also cultivates a genuine connection with audiences.
