เผื่อใครเสิร์ชหา “Billi’s Indian Tea & Coffee” แล้วกำลังลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม เราขอเล่าดีเทลที่ช่วยตัดสินใจได้มากขึ้นจากที่ไปมาค่ะ ร้านอยู่ย่านทรงวาด เป็นร้านเล็กๆที่นั่งไม่เยอะ (ประมาณไม่กี่โต๊ะ) เลยแนะนำให้ไปช่วงบ่ายต้นๆวันธรรมดาจะชิลกว่า หรือถ้าไปเสาร์-อาทิตย์ก็เผื่อเวลานิดนึง เพราะคนที่ตั้งใจมาลองชาอินเดียจะมาเรื่อยๆ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือ “ชาอินเดีย” ที่นี่ทำให้ดื่มง่ายจริง เครื่องเทศหอมแต่ไม่แรงจนกลบทุกอย่าง เหมาะกับคนที่อยากเริ่มลองมาซาล่าไช (Masala Chai) แบบไม่ต้องกลัวว่ากลิ่นจะหนักเกินไป ถ้าอยากได้ฟีลเข้มขึ้น ลองสั่งแบบร้อนจะยิ่งได้กลิ่นเครื่องเทศชัด แต่ถ้าอากาศร้อนๆแบบกรุงเทพ เราว่า Iced Masala Chai คือสดชื่นมาก ดื่มแล้วตัดความเหนื่อยจากการเดินเล่นทรงวาดได้ดี เมนูที่เป็นไฮไลต์สำหรับเราคือ Billi’s Signature (มาซาล่า + ชอตกาแฟ) ได้ความหอมของเครื่องเทศกับความเข้มของกาแฟในแก้วเดียว เหมาะกับคนที่ทั้งรักชาและต้องการคาเฟอีน ถ้าใครปกติดื่มอเมริกาโน่อยู่แล้ว แก้วนี้จะให้มิติที่ต่างออกไป แต่ยังดื่มง่าย ไม่หวานเลี่ยน ฝั่งขนม เราว่าเข้าคู่กับชามากๆ โดยเฉพาะ Indian Butter Cookie with Almond เนยหอม เข้มข้น กินกับชาร้อนคือเพลิน ส่วน Banana Caramel Cake จะละมุน นุ่มๆ หวานกำลังดี เหมาะกับคนอยากได้ของหวานที่ไม่หนักเกินไป อีกอย่างที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ของร้านคือ “ทีมงานแมว” ที่แวะเวียนมาทักทาย (มีป้ายแนะนำด้วย) ใครเป็นทาสแมวน่าจะยิ้มทั้งร้าน แต่ถ้าใครแพ้ขนสัตว์ แนะนำพกยา/หลีกเลี่ยงการนั่งใกล้โซนที่น้องชอบมานอนรับแดด ทริคเล็กๆก่อนไป: ลองดูเมนูหน้าร้านแล้วเลือกแนวที่ชอบ (ชาอินเดีย/กาแฟ/ของหวาน) จากนั้นให้เจ้าของช่วยแนะนำระดับความเข้มของเครื่องเทศได้เลย เราว่าความเป็นกันเองของร้านนี่แหละทำให้การมาลอง Billi’s Indian Tea & Coffee สนุกขึ้นมาก และเป็นอีกจุดพักที่เหมาะเวลามาเดินเล่นทรงวาดจริงๆ
