B YAH is a matcha shop that we happened to meet a year ago but became a regular shop to stop by if you come to run errands around here. Matcha powder is available in a variety of ways. จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้แวะเวียนไปที่ร้าน B YAH บ่อยครั้ง ทำให้ได้สัมผัสความเข้มข้นของผงมัทฉะแท้ที่ทางร้านเลือกใช้ ถือเป็นจุดเด่นที่ทำให้มัทฉะลาเต้ทุกแก้วเต็มไปด้วยรสชาติลึกซึ้ง ไม่เจือจางเหมือนหลายร้านในย่านเดียวกัน ความหลากหลายของผงมัทฉะที่ร้านมีให้เลือกนั้น ยังช่วยให้ลูกค้าได้ลองสรรหาสไตล์ที่ชอบได้อย่างแท้จริง เมนูที่ชอบมากคือ Tenji ที่มีกลิ่นของควันเทียนอ่อนๆ นวลๆ ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนได้จิบชาแบบพิเศษ มีเอกลักษณ์แตกต่างจากมัทฉะลาเต้อื่นๆ ที่เคยกิน ส่วนเมนู Suzu ที่เป็นแบบ seasonal ก็ให้ความรู้สึกนัตตี้เข้มข้น เหมาะกับคนรักมัทฉะกลิ่นถั่วนวลๆ แม้ส่วนตัวจะไม่รู้สึกถึงความสโมคมาก แต่ก็เป็นเมนูที่ได้รับคำชมจากคนที่ชอบมัทฉะโทนนี้ สำหรับบรรยากาศที่ร้าน B YAH จะตกแต่งในสไตล์เท่ๆ มีที่นั่งรองรับเยอะ คนที่อยากนั่งชิวหรือพบปะเพื่อนฝูงก็ทำได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย อีกทั้งยังมีที่จอดรถหลังร้าน ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในย่านเกษตร-นวมินทร์ได้ดี ราคาของเครื่องดื่มที่ร้านจะอยู่ในระดับสูง แต่ก็สมเหตุสมผลกับคุณภาพที่ได้รับ แนะนำสำหรับคนที่ชื่นชอบมัทฉะเข้มข้นจริงจัง หรืออยากลิ้มลองมัทฉะที่ผ่านการเลือกสรรผงอย่างพิถีพิถัน โดยถ้าไม่สะดวกซื้อที่ร้านบ่อยๆ ก็สามารถซื้อผงมัทฉะดีๆ กลับมาชงเองที่บ้านได้เช่นกัน นอกจากนี้ วันไหนถ้าโชคดียังอาจได้พบกับคุณคณิน เจ้าของร้าน ที่จะมาชงมัทฉะด้วยตัวเอง กลายเป็นอีกหนึ่งความประทับใจที่ทำให้ร้านนี้น่ารักและมีเสน่ห์มากขึ้น ใครผ่านไปแถวเกษตร-นวมินทร์ รับรองว่าต้องไม่พลาดแวะร้าน B YAH เพื่อสัมผัสประสบการณ์มัทฉะแบบคุณภาพสูงที่หาได้ไม่ง่ายจากร้านอื่นๆ
