🌸✨How I fixed my skin in just 3 steps✨🌸

Not gonna lie, a lot of my skin issues come from my terrible diet and the fact that I basically run on iced coffee instead of water 🙃. But even without fixing those (which I really should), my skin got sooo much better just by sticking to these 3 products.

I’ve tried a million products before and nothing worked, so I’m honestly shocked this simple routine cleared me up as much as it did. My skin’s not perfect, but it’s the best it’s looked in months, (dare I say years). Less texture, less marks, and way easier to manage.

Hopefully this helps if you’re also dealing with stubborn #Acne or just looking for a simple routine that doesn’t cost half an eyeball and a kidney. ✨💛

... Read moreIf you're struggling with persistent acne scars, breakouts, and uneven skin texture like I was, adopting a consistent skincare routine with the right products can really make a difference. My approach focuses on a gentle double-cleansing method paired with a nourishing cream to soothe and repair the skin barrier. The first step is using an oil-based cleanser that removes impurities and excess sebum without leaving the skin feeling greasy. The product I used contains Heartleaf (Houttuynia Cordata) extract and Vitamin E, which are known for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. These ingredients calm irritated skin and help reduce redness while effectively clearing out clogged pores. Next, I follow with a foam cleanser enriched with Heartleaf and Quercetin. This helps deeply cleanse the skin, especially on days I wear makeup or feel extra oily. However, since foam cleansers can be drying if overused, I limit it to a small amount to maintain moisture balance. The final, and most transformative step for me, is applying a rich hydrating cream containing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and resveratrol. This cream boosts hydration, supports skin repair, and improves elasticity. Using it twice daily, morning and night, helped diminish breakouts and minimized the appearance of scars and bumps. Although I haven't yet fixed my diet, which admittedly affects skin health, sticking to these three steps gave my skin a clearer, smoother appearance within six weeks. Importantly, the routine is budget-friendly and uncomplicated—perfect for those who prefer low-maintenance skincare or are just starting out. Remember, skincare results vary individually, and while this worked well for me, it's always good to test products and adjust based on your skin type. Consistency is key; avoid skipping steps even if you don't see immediate changes. Lastly, staying hydrated and maintaining a balanced diet will enhance and sustain your skin improvements over time. If you're interested, these products are available online or at select stores like TJ Maxx, often at discounted prices, making this routine accessible for anyone wanting to improve their skin without overspending.

I'm glad your skin got better, but Anua cleanser and oil cleanser worked worse for me. Of course, I have to say that I don't follow a special diet, and can you tell me what I should do apart from the products? I've been using most of the products for a year now, but I haven't seen any results.
