Here’s everything I ate today on my birthday, allowing myself to eat whatever I wanted to without worrying if it was healthy. It’s not what I planned to eat (especially for breakfast and dinner; I had planned on having a big southern breakfast and eating Indian food at a local restaurant with my family for dinner), but my coworker came to work sick all week and I started to feel sick this morning. So, I stubbornly ate and drank things I wouldn’t normally dare to when I’m sick and feeling nauseous, because you only get one day to celebrate! 😰

Throughout the day, I couldn't resist a small treat of mozzarella sticks and onion rings from Sonic, showcasing a blend of classic fast food delights. The highlight of my birthday feast was undoubtedly the decadent chocolate cake adorned with buttercream icing, an essential part of any celebration. Every choice I made was a reminder that birthdays are about enjoyment, despite life's little hiccups.
