woo!!! day 2 of journaling/lemon8!! i’m so thankful for the connections i’ve made, especially those who are also from nd!! it is so fun to get to know y’all through chats or your profiles :))
life has been so so busy. my biggest endeavor as of recent is packing and moving into my first ever solo apartment! going into my senior year of college, i wanted a year to myself to work on and further develop things like my independence, confidence, responsibility, etc. however, now that i’m actually moving on my own for the first time, i’m starting to realize how much stuff i need that i never thought about before 😭 simple things like silverware trays, an iron, lighting, and more slip my mind all the time, adding more to my to-get or to-set-up list. overall though, this has been a very exciting and fun experience, and i’m looking forward to moving in on august 1st! i’ll make a lil update post when i have majority of my things moved in and set up to show y’all the new pad 😎
do you have any tips/tricks for first-time solo apartment living?? as much as i am hyped for this move, i am a little anxious, so any words of encouragement would help!!
