Meet my toca fam!
Hey Toca Life World fans! Since you loved meeting my Toca Boca family, I wanted to share some of my favorite tips and tricks for creating your own awesome and aesthetic family characters in the game. It’s so much fun to bring your digital family to life, whether you’re making a big family like mine with Mom Jess, Dad Eric, Mickenzie, Lizzie, and the twins Brianna and Caleb, or something totally unique! Creating Diverse Toca Boca Families: One of the best things about Toca Life World is the freedom to create so many different characters. When I was setting up my family, I thought about their personalities and roles. You can easily make characters of all ages – from adorable Toca Boca baby characters and playful toddlers to energetic kids, cool teens, and grown-up parents. Don't be afraid to mix and match! For example, when making a Toca Boca baby girl or a Toca Boca boy character, I love exploring all the different hair colors, skin tones, and outfits to give them a distinct look. Think about their story – are they adventurous, artistic, or super sweet? Character Customization for Every Age: Toca Boca Baby & Toddler Characters: For the little ones like Brianna and Caleb, think cute and simple! Pastel colors, overalls, tiny dresses, and soft headbands work perfectly for Toca Boca baby characters. You can even find super adorable pacifiers and small toys in the game to complete their look. I often try to give my baby girl characters cute bows and my boy characters little hats. Kids & Teens (Like Mickenzie & Lizzie): This is where you can really show personality! For a Toca Boca boy character, maybe a sporty outfit, cool glasses, or a trendy hairstyle. For girl characters, you could go for a fashionista look, an academic style, or something laid-back. I love experimenting with different tops, bottoms, and jackets to create layers. Adult Characters (Mom Jess & Dad Eric): For the parents, I usually go for a slightly more refined but still fun look. Think stylish casual wear, professional attire (if they have Toca jobs!), or comfy home clothes. Matching some elements of their outfits can also create a lovely family aesthetic. Achieving that 'Aesthetic' Toca Boca Family Look: What makes a family "aesthetic"? For me, it’s about cohesion and a touch of creativity. Color Palettes: Try to stick to a general color scheme for your family’s outfits or their home environment. It doesn't mean everyone wears the same thing, but perhaps a mix of earthy tones, pastels, or bright primary colors that complement each other. Themed Outfits: Is your family going on a beach vacation? Have a cozy movie night? Or a fancy dinner? Dress them for the occasion! It makes the scene feel more alive. Personality-Driven Details: Give each Toca Life World character unique accessories or hairstyles that reflect who they are. Maybe Dad Eric loves his glasses, or Mom Jess always has a stylish scarf. Mickenzie might have a cool backpack, and Lizzie a favorite teddy bear. Family Poses & Scenes: Once you have your characters, set them up in fun scenes! A family portrait on a balcony overlooking the ocean, just like mine, or having a picnic, or playing together. The background and props really enhance the overall aesthetic. I hope these ideas help you design your own fantastic Toca Boca family characters, whether you're creating a Toca Boca baby, a cool teen boy, or a whole family unit! Happy creating in Toca Life World!
