ถ้าใครกำลังหา “ร้านจิบชา” ที่บรรยากาศดีแบบนั่งยาวๆ ในพัทยา เราว่า Oort Cloud Tea Room เป็นตัวเลือกที่ตอบโจทย์มาก โดยเฉพาะคนที่อยากได้ฟีลจิบชาสบายๆ แต่ยังดูหรูนิดๆ เพราะร้านอยู่ในโรงแรม Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya เดินเข้าล็อบบี้แล้วตามป้ายมาได้เลย สะดวกมากและที่จอดรถก็จอดในโรงแรมได้ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือบรรยากาศด้านในโทนเขียว-ทอง ดูเรียบหรู ถ่ายรูปออกมาสวยแทบทุกมุม แสงในร้านค่อนข้างนุ่ม ทำให้รูปเซ็ตน้ำชาดูละมุน โดยเฉพาะตอนที่เสิร์ฟชาเป็นกาแก้วใส พอรินลงถ้วยแล้วดูเพลินมาก ใครชอบคอนเทนต์แนว afternoon tea ต้องได้รูปแน่นอน เรื่องเมนู ถ้ามาครั้งแรกเราแนะนำให้เริ่มที่ Afternoon Tea Set เลย เพราะได้ทั้งของคาวและของหวานแบบพอดีคำ กินสนุก ไม่เลี่ยนง่าย ในเซ็ตมักจะมีไอเท็มแนวคลาสสิกอย่างสโคน (มากับแยมและครีม), ทาร์ตเลมอน, มาการอง, ช็อกโกแลตทรัฟเฟิล รวมถึงของคาวอย่างแซลมอนรมควันหรือพัฟไส้เห็ด ซึ่งทำให้รู้สึกว่าเป็น “afternoon tea แบบไทย” ที่เข้าถึงง่าย คือยังคงความผู้ดีของเซ็ตน้ำชา แต่รสชาติไม่หนักไปทางเนยจนเกินไป กินได้เรื่อยๆ ส่วนชา 1 พอตในเซ็ต เราเคยเลือก Vanilla Bourbon แล้วติดใจ กลิ่นวนิลาเด่นแต่ไม่หวานเลี่ยน จิบคู่ขนมได้ดีมาก ใครไม่ถนัดชาดำเข้มๆ ลองโทนหอมๆ แบบนี้ก่อนจะปลอดภัย หรือถ้าอยากได้เครื่องดื่มสายสดชื่น เมนูที่ใส่ผลไม้/เบอร์รี่ก็ช่วยตัดหวานของขนมได้ดีเหมือนกัน ทิปเล็กๆ จากประสบการณ์เรา: ถ้าอยากถ่ายรูปสวยแบบไม่ติดคน แนะนำไปช่วงเช้าหรือบ่ายต้นๆ แล้วค่อยนั่งยาวๆ หรือถ้าไปช่วงเย็นวันหยุดคนจะค่อนข้างแน่น โต๊ะมุมดีๆ อาจเต็มเร็ว อีกอย่างคือแต่งตัวโทนอ่อน/สีครีมจะเข้ากับร้านมาก (โทนเขียวทองถ่ายแล้วดูแพงขึ้นจริง) โดยรวม Oort Cloud Tea Room เป็นร้านจิบชาที่เหมาะกับทั้งสายคาเฟ่ สายขนม และคนที่อยากพักเหนื่อยระหว่างทริปพัทยา ได้ทั้งบรรยากาศ รสชาติ และความสวยแบบคอนเทนต์พร้อมในที่เดียว
